Abstract

Distributed autonomous Organization, simply recognized as "The DAO", sent as a trendy settlement on the Ethereum BC, has produced 11.5 million Ethers, $150 million approximated at the piece of composing. This is history's most prominent bankrolling show. Presently the DAO manages 16 percent of Ether's gross output. Likely it is the most liked Ethereum compact. In this paper, we identify issues with its system design and describe potential attacks made possible by these actions against the DAO. Any of those behaviors can cause trustworthy DAO investors to hijack or devote their funds against their desire and intent to make proposals. At the end we also provide clear and simple solutions that can minimize the attacks or render them absolutely impossible in some situations.
